For this position, we offer an attractive salary that matches your qualifications and experience. The monthly gross salary for the profile described is at least EUR 3.200 (14x). An overpayment is possible, especially with relevant professional experience and special qualifications.
Tasks
As Executive Assistant to the Managing Director (M/F/d), you act as an interface between the management and the second management level. In addition, you are the contact person for various stakeholders in the Lufthansa Group.
You support the Managing Director and the management team in the strategy implementation and further development of the organization and operations
You develop concepts and measures for specialist topics with a focus on operations
You lead and support cross-divisional and cross-company projects
You are responsible for the conceptual work on measures to improve the revenue and cost situation of the company
You create presentations and decision templates for management and supervisory board meetings as well as meetings of other committees
You independently develop analyses to advise the management
You are responsible for the preparation of briefings for board meetings of the management
You consolidate all ongoing projects and develop a uniform reporting standard

**Requirements**:
You have successfully completed a university degree in economics or have relevant professional experience
You have professional experience in the above-mentioned activities or in the airline environment
You have experience in project and performance management
You have strong analytical and conceptual skills
You have very good communication and presentation skills
You are an open, communicative & empathetic personality that enjoys coordinating the implementation of topics and advancing them across departments
You have very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
