**Wir sind der OeAD, Österreichs Agentur für Bildung und Internationalisierung. Mit über 370 Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern beraten, fördern und vernetzen wir Menschen und Institutionen in Österreich, Europa und internationalen Schwerpunktländern**.**

Der Bereich Mobilität und Kooperation in der Abteilung Internationale Hochschulkooperation ist im OeAD für die Abwicklung von national finanzierten Stipendien
- und Förderprogrammen im tertiären Bildungsbereich zuständig. Neben Einzelmobilitäten - Incoming und Outgoing - werden auch europäische und weltweit ausgerichtete Kooperationsprojekte gefördert.

**Das erwartet Sie**
- Sie sind zuständig für die Abwicklung von Förderprogrammen zur internationalen Mobilität im Hochschulbereich.
- Sie beraten und begleiten Antragsteller/innen und Institutionen.
- Sie kooperieren und pflegen den Kontakt zu den Hochschuleinrichtungen im In
- und Ausland.
- Sie sind für die Eingabe und Administration in einer entsprechenden Datenbank zuständig.
- Sie planen Informations
- oder sonstige Veranstaltungen und unterstützen in der Durchführung.
- Sie unterstützen bei teaminternen und teamübergreifenden Aufgaben

**Das bringen Sie mit**
- Sie verfügen über einen Hochschulabschluss oder Matura mit beruflicher Erfahrung bzw. Studienerfahrung.
- Sie haben Kenntnisse der nationalen und internationalen Hochschullandschaft sowie Interesse an internationaler Kooperation insbesondere im Hochschulbereich.
- Sie bringen sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse mit und konnten bereits Erfahrungen in der Arbeit mit Online Datenbanken, Statistiken und Abfragetools gewinnen. Typo 3 Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
- Genauigkeit, vor allem im Umgang mit Tabellen/Listen/Zahlen, ist Ihnen besonders wichtig.
- Sie haben sehr gute Deutsch
- (Level C1, GER) und gute Englischkenntnisse (Level B2, GER).
- Sie bringen Bereitschaft für Dienstreisen im In
- und evtl. auch im Ausland mit.
- Sie sind teamfähig und können auch selbständig arbeiten, Sie sind organisiert sowie mitdenkend und legen auf ein freundliches Auftreten besonderen Wert.

**Das bieten wir Ihnen**
- Es erwartet Sie eine abwechslungsreiche, anspruchsvolle Teilzeittätigkeit im Ausmaß von 33 Wochenstunden und mit einem Gehalt ab 2.950,80 Euro brutto/Monat (Überzahlung je nach einschlägiger Berufserfahrung).
- Ein Arbeitsbeginn ist ab sofort möglich.
- Das Dienstverhältnis ist bis Ende Februar 2026 befristet.
- Durch unser Gleitzeitsystem sowie die Möglichkeit zum Homeoffice wird Ihnen ein flexibles Arbeiten ermöglicht.
- Laufende interne und externe Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten unterstützen Ihre Entwicklung im OeAD.
