Für unseren Kunden, Konzernfirma mit langer Erfolgsgeschichte in Österreich als Teil eines internationalen, namhaften und sehr erfolgreichen Konzerns im Bereich Automotive, Motorgeräte, Marine und Motorräder suchen wir für die Österreichzentrale zum nächstmöglichen Eintritt eine zahlenaffine Persönlichkeit für vier Länderstandorte, für welche in Wiener Neudorf bei Wien ein Platz am Fahrersitz frei ist als:
Payroll and Admin Support for HR Central Europe

Als Payroll Admin & HR Admin Support mit Erfahrung in der Lohnverrechnung bzw. Gehaltsverrechnung kümmern Sie sich um die Vorbereitung der Lohn
- & Gehaltsabrechnung für Österreich und drei Nachbarländer in der Wiener Neudorfer Regionalleitung HR Central Europe für die ausgelagerte Payroll.

Diese Karrieremöglichkeit und freie Position aufgrund Pensionierung ist als temporäre Anstellung bei unserem Kunden geschaffen mit realistischer Aussicht auf langfristige Zusammenarbeit sowie Übernahmemöglichkeit.

Das Stundenausmaß ist bei 20-38,5 Wochenstunden auf 4-5 Tage verteilt, 1-2 Homeoffice-Tage möglich.

**Ihre Aufgaben**:
Korrekte und zeitgerechte Vorbereitung der Verrechnung für Österreich, Ungarn, Slowakei, Tschechien

Reporting nach UK sowie regelmäßiger Austausch mit den Kollegen in UK

Unterstützung der Regionalleiterin HR Central Europe am Standort Wiener Neudorf

Datenbankpflege, allgemeine administrative und unterstützende Tätigkeiten rund um die Payroll

Softwareunterstützte Verarbeitung der Lohn
- & Gehaltsverrechnungsdaten u.a. mit MS Excel

**Ihr Profil**:
Als Idealkandidat/in bringen Sie einen Abschluss einer kaufmännischen Ausbildung und mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position vorzugsweise in einem technischen Unternehmen im Konzernumfeld mit.

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische (bspw. HAS, HAK, Lehre) bzw. positionsrelevante Ausbildung

Absolvierter Personalverrechnungslehrgang bzw. Personalverrechnungsprüfung

Zwei bis fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung bzw. sehr gute Payroll-Praxiserfahrung

Ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis und analytische, strukturierte, eigenständige Arbeitsweise

Fließendes Business English in Wort & Schrift auf gehobenem Niveau, Oxford bzw. British English

Tschechische sowie Slowakische Sprachkenntnisse schriftlich und mündlich von Vorteil

Hohe Genauigkeit, schnelle Auffassungsgabe, gepflegtes Äußeres, positive und engagierte Art

Eigenverantwortung, strukturierte, eigenständige Arbeitsweise, Commitment

Sehr gute MS Office-Kenntnisse, sehr gute Excel Skills (must-have), SAP R/3 nice-to-have
