**Ihr Verantwortungsbereich**:

- Sie planen und organisieren die B&R Welcome Events für unsere neuen MitarbeiterInnen und führen diese durch
- Sie übernehmen die Gesamtorganisation des Ferialpraktikantenprozess inkl. Employer Branding und Recruiting
- Organisation und Planung der jährlichen Firmenjubilare
- Verwaltung und Pflege der SAP-Mitarbeiterstammdaten inkl. Ansprechperson und Betreuung für unsere Tochtergesellschaften
- Zuständig für die Verwaltung der Firmenwohnungen in enger Abstimmung mit unseren Real Estate, inkl. Ausstellung der Mietverträge und Wohnungsübergaben
- Durchführung von TÜV-Audits, sowie Ansprechperson für interne und externe Audits im HR-Bereich
- Begleitung interner HR-Kontrollen gemäß Konzernvorgabe
- Unterstützung im Bereich Personalentwicklung: Koordination & Organisation von Trainings
- Administrative Aufgaben im HR-Bereich

**Ihr Hintergrund**:

- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z.B. HAK, HLW, FH, Uni, etc.) idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Personal
- Idealerweise Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position im HR-Bereich
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office Anwendungen, Erfahrung mit SAP von Vorteil
- Gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- Kommunikationsstarke und teamorientierte Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägter Dienstleistungsorientierung
- Strukturierte und prozessorientiere Arbeitsweise mit hoher Affinität für digitale HR-Systeme
- Freude an einer abwechslungsreichen Tätigkeit in einem dynamischen und internationalen Umfeld
