**Our business**
**Your role**:
- Coordination of meetings and workshops and interface to related organizational units and external parties
- Organisation of internal events (coordination of meetings & workshops, preparation of content,..)
- Organisation of business trips incl. travel expense accounting and providing of visa
- Independent handling of correspondence
- Preparation of presentations
- Coordination of infrastructure (provide new colleagues with IT / office equipment, organization of relocations etc)
- General back-office activities (filing, order stationary, etc)
- Support in selected projects (content, monitoring of timelines, etc.)
- Control of cost code
**Your profile**:
- You have 2-3 years professional experiences
- Strong experience in personal assistant tasks
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Organizational talent and structured working style
- You have excellent command of German and English
