That's one reason why we are looking for a **Manager of Customer Experience** (f/m/x)* for our European team who has a **passion for leadership** and is ready to lead our highly skilled customer experience specialists.

As Manager of Customer Experience you like to work in** a fast paced environment** and you are adaptable to changes. You act proactively when it comes to the needs of your team and our amazing customers. **Goal setting, collaboration and development** are very important for you - not only on a personal, but also team development perspective.

**Your Mission**
- You **support** the whole Customer Experience team in **making** **children** and their **parents** **happy**:

- You are an** expert on all aspects of our Customer Experience** (systems, products, programs, etc)
- You are the **contact person** for our great **Voice of Customer program** and our customer experience journey objectives
- You guide teams with an analytical lens by using **data analytics and KPIs**:

- You support our **quality assurance program** which involves coaching to areas or greatness and growth
- You are the leader of the** workforce planning** which includes resource forecasts and assigning shifts
- You constantly evaluate and improve our **current systems** as well as processes in alignment with our goals at woom
- You closely work together with the Head of Voice of Customer in order to build data insights dashboards and to continuously improve our customer experience
- In general, you** promote collaboration and team work** within your customer experience team and woom

**Your Skills**
- **5+ years of leadership experience** for a fast paced and growing DTC company, supporting the CX function of the business
- Experience in **workforce management** for an omni channel service organization
- Solving **complex problems** and dealing with **ambiguity** is something you enjoy and are experienced in
- You know the **power of teamwork** and you you try to understand other's viewpoints
- **Cross functional work** and positively influencing others is something you like
- You are passionate about constantly **developing yourself** as well as skilled talents in a high-growth environment
- As a people leader you are great in **clearly communicating** the journey vision as well as strategy
- You have **excellent verbal** as well as written communication skills
- Profound computer skills (G-Suite, MS Office)
- **Excellent English** as well as** German** skills
- **Added value**: Knowledge of Shopify, Help Scout, Talkdesk, JIRA

For this position, we offer you a **gross monthly salary starting at EUR 3.000 on a full-time basis**. Of course, we take into account your individual qualifications and experience and are willing to pay an **appropriate overpayment**. We will be happy to discuss details in person.
