Wir suchen einen **Regulatory Affairs and Compliance Assistant **(m/w/d), **der/die die Regulatory Affairs Abteilung beim Produkt-Lebenszyklus Management von Arzneimitteln unterstützt, sowie auch im administrativen Bereich. Des Weiteren arbeitet sie/er mit dem Medical Team bei Compliance
- und Medical Governance-Aufgaben zusammen.

**Das Aufgabengebiet umfasst folgende Tätigkeiten**
- Administrative Unterstützung des Regulatory Affairs Teams bei Aktivitäten im Zusammenhang mit dem Produkt-Lebenszyklus von Arzneimitteln
- Fungiert als Superuser für den Regulatory SharePoint (Pflege und Weiterentwicklung)
- Vorbereitung bzw. Dokumentenmangement der genehmigten Fachinformationen, Gebrauchsinformation und Fachkurzinformationen für die Aussendung an lokale Teams
- Unterstützung des Regulatory Affairs Managers bei der Wareneingangsprüfung
- Administrative Aufgaben wie SAP-Bestellungen, Organisation von Meetings, Reisen und Schulungen usw.
- Unterstützung bei allen Aktivitäten im Zusammenhang mit der Budgetüberwachung und -kontrolle
- Unterstützung des RA-Teams und des Medical Teams/Medical Directors im Bereich Qualitätssicherung wie Monitoring bzw. Audits
- Unterstützung des Medical Teams bei der Dokumentation in verschiedenen qualitätsrelvanten Prozessen
- Zusammenarbeit mit dem Compliance Business-Partners bei Aktivitäten zur vierteljährlichen Business Compliance-Überwachung (First Line Monitoring)

**Voraussetzungen**
- Matura
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Rolle
- Kaufmännische oder gleichwertige Ausbildung
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse
- Proaktiv
