For our European HQ in Innsbruck we are currently looking for a:
**Seasonal Customer Success Specialist**
**German/French speaking**
**(M/F/d)**

**38,5h/week**

**from 31.1.2023 until 31.3.2023**

**THE PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS POSITION ARE**:

- Establish and maintain professional one-on-one relationships with customers and internal partners
- Guide and educate customers about Burton, Analog, and anon product lines
- Work alongside the Burton E-Commerce and Product Service teams to share knowledge and customer feedback

**ESSENTIALS FOR THIS ROLE ARE**:

- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and German/French, any additional language skills are a plus
- Knowledge and experience of customer service principles and practices
- Good MS-Office knowledge, SAP or Salesforce skills are a plus
- A positive attitude, detail-oriented and capability to work independently while maintaining a "customer and team first" mindset
- Well organized, time efficient and multi-tasking ability
- Enthusiasm for outdoor sports lifestyle
- Passion for snowboarding with an in-depth product knowledge
