The Ritz-Carlton, Vienna is looking for a Lady or Gentlemen for the position of:
**Group Sales Executive / Manager**

**We are looking for an energetic, Executive / Manager to join our re-active Group & Events Sales Team. With your strategic way of thinking, you operate innovatively on the international market in regards to the group sales and strive to convert new business opportunities.**

**You work with our Director of Sales & Events to create and implement a sales strategy plan addressing revenue, customers and the market for the segment. With your open-minded and outgoing personality, you genuinely care for your clients on property.**

**As a Group Sales Executive / Manager, you have the great opportunity to inspire our national and international customers for The Ritz-Carlton with your passion, your enthusiasm and your positive appearance.**

**Your qualifications**:

- **Previous experience in a similar position within the luxury hospitality, especially within the Group & Event Sales**:

- **Fluent in English and German (every other language advantageous)**:

- **A valid work permit for Austria is required**:

- **Outgoing and open-minded personality with resilience in peak times**:

- **High organizational and rhetoric skills**:

- **Sincere care for our clients and their requests**:

- **A friendly, well-groomed and professional appearance**:

- **OPERA skills are advantageous**

The statutory gross minimum wage is based on wage group 3 in the collective agreement. An overpayment is guaranteed and depends on the qualification profile and professional experience. Sales incentives are provided.
