**Payroll Administration (f/m/d)**

Your Tasks
- Recording of absences, absenteeism incl. control in coordination with the time managers in the plants and/or the employees
- Time management of Wienerberger AG employees (absences & vacations)
- Inquiries from and information to employees regarding time management (DPW/Geco)
- Creation of duty slips and employee service contracts in coordination with the HR department
- Carrying out various recurring (month-end closing, monthly vacation evaluations, etc.) as well as ad hoc evaluations (number of employees per location, total, vacation days, etc.)
- Supporting the payroll department with monthly accounting as well as professional development and taking over ongoing payroll activities
- Reconciliation and coordination of sick leave with the "Österreichischen Gesundheitskasse" (ÖGK)
- Taking over and distributing the mail of the PV team

Your Profile
- Completed or ongoing education in the areas of payroll & labor law
- First professional experience in payroll (preferably in industry) is an advantage
- Previous knowledge in DPW
- Team spirit, personal commitment and ability to work under pressure
- Solution-oriented and accurate working style
- High degree of personal responsibility
- Good language skills in German and English

Our Offer
