Diese Position ist eine Schlüsselrolle im People Solutions In-Country-Team Österreich, das Teil von Takeda Business Solutions ist. Unser Serviceportfolio umfasst Employee Lifecycle Management, Payroll Processing, Learning & Development Operations, Datenmanagement und Reporting.
Als unser/e Manager Payroll Austria in Wien sorgen Sie dafür, dass alle lohnsteuer- & sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Anforderungen eingehalten werden, Prozesse effizient aufgesetzt sind und Mitarbeiter pünktlich und korrekt bezahlt werden.
Das tragen Sie bei:
- Pflege von Gehaltsabrechnungsunterlagen und Erstellung von Auswertungen
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Kollektivverträgen undgesetzlichen Vorschriften
- Abstimmung von Abrechnungsdifferenzen zur Sicherstellung einer korrekten Finanzbuchhaltung
- Unterstützung bei komplexen Abrechnungen von Überstunden, Schichtzulagen, Austritten etc.
- Beantwortung von Fragen von Mitarbeitern und Vorgesetzten zu Gehaltsabrechnungen
- Agieren als Sparringpartner für andere Abteilungen wie Finanz,HR etc.
- Festlegung von Zielen und Vorgaben für das Payroll Team sowie deren Unterstützung und Anleitung
Ihr Profil:
- 5–10 Jahre Erfahrung in der Lohn-& Gehaltsverrechnung sowie eine Zertifizierung in der Lohnverrechnung (z. B. Wifi, ARS)
- Umfassende Kenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht, Sozialversicherungsrecht und Einkommenssteuerrecht
- Erfahrung in der Führung interdisziplinärer Teams
- Ausgeprägte Projekt- und Programmmanagement-Fähigkeiten mit der Fähigkeit, mehrere Arbeitsströme gleichzeitig voranzutreiben
- Kenntnisse in SAP von Vorteil
- Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
