Responsibilities

Engage with a diverse array of products, including Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM), backup, and security solutions. Conduct individual and group product demonstrations that highlight N-able's strengths and capabilities. Assist with Proof of Concept (POC) setups to facilitate prospects' initial experiences with our products. Provide design and configuration best practices to partners during the deployment of N-able solutions. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues during the implementation phase. Exhibit strong communication, presentation, and client management skills. Willingness to travel occasionally, approximately once or twice a quarter. Qualifications

Solid foundation in IT knowledge and troubleshooting, particularly in endpoint management, patching, software deployment, security, and networking. Industry certifications (such as MCSE, CCNA) are advantageous but not mandatory. Exceptional presentation, communication, and client management abilities. Strong interpersonal and motivational skills. A demonstrated passion and curiosity for software and technology. Proficiency in both German and English. Benefits
