We are seeking a Technical Solution Consultant to join our Solution Consulting team and contribute to our exciting journey.

Your Responsibilities

As a Technical Solution Consultant at Prewave, you will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with the sales team to develop effective strategies for onboarding new clients.
  • Managing demo environments and enhancing the data utilized.
  • Acquiring and maintaining expertise in configuring and utilizing Prewave.
  • Conducting technical workshops with clients to design integration processes.
  • Assisting in the preparation of prospect bids and tenders, including requests for information, quotations, and proposals (RFx) in collaboration with sales and product teams.
  • Engaging with current clients to gather insights on their business and technical needs, determining requirements, and architecting suitable solutions alongside our customer success team.
  • Ensuring collaboration across departments, refining and enhancing our unique selling proposition.
  • Staying informed about product developments and releases, creating additional training materials for key clients, and managing demo environments.
  • Acting as a subject matter expert, providing valuable sales insights and solution expertise to account executives and solutions consulting colleagues.
  • Participating in cross-functional projects to accelerate sales transactions and the adoption of Prewave solutions as we scale to meet market demands.
Your Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in a technical field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in technical/software/consulting sales or presales roles.
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple teams (Sales, Partnership, Customer Success Management).
  • Proficiency in SQL, Javascript, Angular, Kotlin, or Python.
  • Experience with SaaS and RESTful API integrations.
  • A strong desire to learn new technologies.
  • A proactive approach to independent work.
  • Excellent prioritization and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong active listening skills to understand customer needs and provide effective solutions.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in professional-level English; proficiency in German is a plus.
  • A valid work permit for Austria.

  • Experience working with supply chain, procurement, and IT departments.
  • Ability to collaborate with clients and partners to implement plans for rapid and successful go-lives.
  • A highly motivated and energetic team player with a proactive attitude; capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • A genuine interest in AI, risk prediction, and supply chains.
