Job Title: Analyst, User Experience

Magna is a global leader in mobility technology, and we're looking for a skilled Analyst, User Experience to join our team.

About the Role

As an Analyst, User Experience, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our internal customers, resolving incidents and requests in a timely and efficient manner. You will work closely with our team to ensure the smooth operation of our network and server infrastructure, including Cisco and Fortinet systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage incidents and requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide support for software and hardware issues, including Windows 10, O365, smartphones, and Linux workstations
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain and improve our network and server infrastructure
  • Independently resolve complex malfunctions and requirements
  • Provide remote support and assume tasks in projects and sub-projects
Requirements
  • Completed training as an IT specialist for system integration or comparable experience
  • Several years of professional experience as IT Support staff or IT System Administrator
  • Very good knowledge of 1st and 2nd level support, hardware and software
  • Very good knowledge of Windows operating systems and PC client management
  • Basic knowledge of network administration and Windows servers
  • Agile, independent way of thinking and working
  • High level of commitment and organizational skills
  • Strong user and service orientation
  • Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
