Bristol Myers Squibb is a leading healthcare company dedicated to discovering, developing, and delivering innovative medicines that help patients overcome life-threatening diseases. We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our Hematology team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team of professionals who share your passion for making a difference in people's lives. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with hematological key opinion leaders in hospitals across Austria, Germany, and other European countries. Your primary focus will be on educating these experts about our innovative products and services, while also identifying new business opportunities and driving sales growth.

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a proven track record of success in pharmaceutical sales or a related field. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a deep understanding of the Austrian and German healthcare markets. Fluency in English and German is essential, while proficiency in other languages is a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to drive sales growth and expand our market share in the hematologic segment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, including hematologists and other influential stakeholders in the Austrian and German healthcare systems.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest developments in hematology and oncology, and apply this knowledge to inform product positioning, messaging, and marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including medical affairs, marketing, and sales operations, to achieve business objectives and ensure alignment with corporate goals.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize our sales strategies.
Requirements
  • Degree in a relevant field, such as life sciences, pharmacy, or a related discipline.
  • At least 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or a related field, preferably in the hematology segment.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers, colleagues, and other external partners.
  • Fluency in English and German, with proficiency in other languages a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop effective solutions.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of €53,000 - €65,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, pension plan, and paid time off.
