Job Description

Aufgaben and Responsibilities:

As a key member of our Fulfilment Operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient execution of tasks, implementing improvements, and driving innovation to enhance customer and coworker experiences. Your expertise will be invaluable in ensuring seamless cooperation with the Fulfilment Integration team and key stakeholders, such as Unit management and External Transport/Service Providers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Secure efficiency and implement improvements in fulfilment operations to deliver an exceptional customer and coworker experience.
  • Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives and foster a high-performing work environment.
  • Develop and implement processes to enhance customer order fulfilment efficiency and minimize costs.
  • Ensure compliance with IKEA's code of conduct, Standard Operating Procedures, and local regulations.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will possess a strong leadership background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team. Your expertise should include:

  • Good knowledge of Customer Fulfilment performance monitoring and influencing factors.
  • Proven experience in leading high-performing teams and driving business results.
  • Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
