Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Order Fulfillment Operations Manager to join our team at voestalpine Edelstahl GmbH. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership and operational management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the entire order fulfillment process across multiple companies, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline order-to-delivery processes and improve KPIs such as delivery accuracy, lead time reduction, and cost optimization initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze business performance related to order fulfillment and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Act as a project leader for the rollout of new IT tools or process enhancements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations related to order processing, inventory management, and logistics.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5 years) in order fulfillment, supply chain management, or operations management, ideally within a manufacturing or metals industry.
  • Strong experience in leading IT projects related to order management or fulfillment processes.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with a strong focus on performance metrics and continuous improvement.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP experience preferred).
