At BESTSELLER, we are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Administrative Support Specialist - Regional Directors to join our dynamic team.

We offer an exciting opportunity for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. As a key member of our regional leadership team, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to our Regional Directors.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, a strong problem-solving mindset, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage project coordination, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Provide expert administrative support, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
  • Prepare and present key metrics, reports, and analyses using tools such as PowerBI.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Organize and manage documents, contracts, and presentations, maintaining an organized filing system.
  • Conduct detailed research on various business-related topics.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A hands-on, solution-oriented approach with a strong problem-solving mindset.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and excellent at managing time effectively.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maturity.
  • Flexible and capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities under time constraints.
  • University degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English and German; additional languages are an asset.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical skills with a passion for technology and data-driven insights.

We estimate this position to pay between €50,000 to €70,000 per year, depending on experience.
