Sales Department Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Department Representative to join our team at ZF CV Distribution Austria GmbH in Vienna, Austria.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a multinational team.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Interacting with a multinational team to serve customers across EMEA
  2. Coordinating cross-country team members within the Sales Teams and aligning with our M&L organization
  3. Working closely with a local Austrian team in our Vienna-based ZF company
  4. Ensuring compliance with commercial and administration regulations of the Austrian LRD
  5. Implementing and managing relevant procedures, balancing workload, and making ultimate decision points for shipment allocation and settling disputes
  6. Final approver level for business-related credit notes and bonus programs according to DoA

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in economics or a related field
  2. Several years of experience in a sales position
  3. Good knowledge of legal Austrian requirements, especially around export control
  4. Commercial mindset and ability to understand commercial requirements
  5. Knowledge of SAP is a strong plus
  6. Very good German and English language skills are required

We determine your gross salary individually with you. An overpayment of the collective agreement minimum salary of € 4.00 gross/month is possible depending on qualifications and professional experience.
