Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Global Project Management Specialist to join our team at Dunapack Packaging. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading company-wide project management initiatives and ensuring successful implementation across all divisions.

Main Responsibilities
  • Company-wide project management for group-wide implementation projects
  • Responsible for time, scope, and project objectives of assigned projects
  • Presentation, meeting, and workshop preparation, planning, organization, and post-work activities
  • Project planning, execution status reporting, and project controlling using Waterfall methodology
  • Theoretical knowledge of agile methodology would be beneficial
  • Experience in IT consulting is advantageous
  • Process-related tasks
Requirements
  • Education in business administration or related field (minimum bachelor's degree)
  • First work experience in project management (minimum 1 year)
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office 365 skills advantageous
  • English fluency (B2/C1 level)
  • German language proficiency is a plus
