About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Customer Success Manager to join our team at A1 Digital International GmbH. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying customer process needs and system landscapes, as well as proactively interacting with customers to ensure their success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify customer value adds around IoT and other A1 Digital Services
  • Proactive regular interaction with customers
  • Customer Amendment Handling and Implementation Coordination with Technical Customer Success Management Team
  • Support and train customer service teams for new products and after-sales customer care
Requirements
  • Excellent skills in customer service, problem-solving, and budget management
  • Coordination and project management skills
  • Basic networking and SASE skills
  • Excellent communication skills (German is a must)
  • Strong time management skills
