We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Customer Success Manager to join our team at A1 Digital International GmbH. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying customer process needs and system landscapes, as well as proactively interacting with customers to ensure their success.
Key Responsibilities- Identify customer value adds around IoT and other A1 Digital Services
- Proactive regular interaction with customers
- Customer Amendment Handling and Implementation Coordination with Technical Customer Success Management Team
- Support and train customer service teams for new products and after-sales customer care
- Excellent skills in customer service, problem-solving, and budget management
- Coordination and project management skills
- Basic networking and SASE skills
- Excellent communication skills (German is a must)
- Strong time management skills
- Flexible working hours and mobile working
- Autonomous working conditions with a lot of freedom to create
