Job Description

The Account Manager (AM) is responsible for identifying, switching, and developing medium and large accounts in their territory. They assume overall account leadership and are accountable for building a strategic account plan for their assigned account, as well as for organizing and deploying the appropriate resources within Allergan to drive value co-creation with customers and meet/exceed Allergan quarterly financial targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and qualify opportunities within assigned accounts and deploy growth strategies.
  • Develop and maintain understanding of the customer's business model.
  • Evaluate and assess customer needs and requirements on an ongoing basis and engage customer in collaborative discussions with cross-functional team members.
  • Sell and support adoption of Allergan Aesthetics Facial injectables brands.
  • Leverage sales data & marketing resources to identify and convert product sales opportunities.
  • Become a product expert within minimally invasive medical aesthetics treatments through numerous product trainings.
Requirements
  • Pharma license.
  • University Degree or equivalent in life sciences or business.
  • At least 3 years of account management experience.
  • FMCG, Pharmaceutical or Medical Device background.
  • Driver's license.
  • Previous experience in aesthetics a plus.

  • German - Fluent.
  • English - Fluent - reading & writing.
  • Other European languages can be a plus.

  • Advanced use of MS Office Suite.
  • Previous experience with CRM systems useful.
