Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate, develop, and sustain a pipeline of potential clients to ensure the achievement of quarterly revenue objectives.
- Collaborate with partners to comprehend their business requirements and aspirations while formulating effective marketing strategies to fulfill those objectives.
- Design a territory and market-level sales strategy to enhance the Expedia Media Solutions TravelAds business.
- Employ analytical skills to interpret performance data and trends, making proactive recommendations based on analysis. Identify high return on investment opportunities and present them to clients.
- Actively educate partners on the product's features and functionalities, enabling them to utilize it independently.
- Oversee the daily performance of advertising partnerships and address issues as they arise.
- Drive continuous improvement in revenue contributions to Media Solutions through a consultative, partner-first sales approach.
- Consistently meet or surpass quarterly revenue targets as established by sales leadership.
- Collaborate with other media sellers and client-facing teams across Expedia Group to achieve optimal results for both the company and its partners.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in media sales, travel industry, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.
- 1-3 years of sales experience in media sales or the travel industry.
- Proficiency in German and English; knowledge of French or another language is a plus.
- Proven ability to meet revenue targets and effectively present proposals while influencing senior management.
- Experience in providing consultative sales support and establishing long-term client relationships, which may involve travel.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with peers, managers, and other client-facing teams.
