As a Sales Representative / Equipment Specialist, you will work closely with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals to provide tailored mobility and assistive equipment solutions. This is a highly rewarding role that offers variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on people's lives. You will be responsible for scheduling and attending appointments, offering expert consultations, and delivering a high level of service throughout the equipment selection process. Full product training will be provided to ensure you excel.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct personalised consultations with therapists and families to assess their mobility equipment needsRecommend and present a range of equipment options that best suit individual requirementsAccurately script and configure equipment as demonstrated during client trialsDeliver and provide hands-on demonstrations of equipment functions and operationsTake ownership of all client enquiries, ensuring follow-up and resolution with integrityMaintain professionalism, uphold company values, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales process You will have: Proven experience in a customer-facing sales or relationship management role preferable, but we are open to applicants without experience who are eager to learnTechnically minded with an interest in working with equipmentWorking with Children Check (WWCC) and a current Police Check (or willingness to obtain)Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex situationsA commitment to providing exceptional customer care and working collaboratively with a teamPhysical capability to handle and move equipment safelyA current driver's licence
