We provide a wide range of services including IT consulting, managed application services, project management, customer-driven innovation, digital transformation, data and business analytics, strategic advisory and productivity, and robotic process automation.Start: ASAP, Jan 2025Type: Permanent, full timeWhere: Melbourne CBD + WFH (flexible hybrid)Salary: $150-180K base (inc super) + uncapped commissionAbout the role:As an expert in hunting all new IT Consultancy opportunities, you'll be a creative and forward-thinking addition to the DWS team. With a self-starter yet collaborative working style, you'll roll up your sleeves and generate leads, actively seeking and responding to tenders, and managing the end-to-end bid process. This is a demanding and challenging role that offers the opportunity to help shape our very well-established Melbourne head office, and the wider Australia & NZ business.About you:You're a real 'go-getter' with an impressive network of major enterprise scale customer contacts. You're all about being social and building long-term client relationships. Most importantly, you know your area of expertise well and have a record of success. You appreciate technology and understand the use of Cloud, Data, Business Consulting, Applications, Solutions Development, and Integration.Your Career So Far:It's likely you will have come from an outbound sales or business development role, working with major tier 1 enterprise scale customers, in one of the following:IT / technology talent or augmentation servicesProfessional services for IT or Tech Solutions (not SaaS products)Your Skills and Experience:Previous experience working within a similar all new business development role in a professional services / consulting organisationCurrently working with major Tier 1, enterprise scale and/or government clientsA strong understanding of technology (Cloud, Data, Software Development, Testing, Automation etc.)An established enterprise scale client network in MelbourneThe ability to work in a consultative and collaborative wayProven experience building a brand-new sales pipeline in various industry sectorsGreat communication and interpersonal skillsA strong understanding of the sales cycleThe ability to apply sales methodologies to a variety of solutions and clientsWe'll make you feel rewarded:While we offer a generous compensation package ($150K+ base with uncapped commissions), working at DWS is more than just about the salary.
