What you'll be responsible for Maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders to help them achieve their goals, and grow revenue and usage. Account Retention and Expansion: Proactively identify opportunities for expansion and limit risk of churn by collaborating with clients to deliver on actions. Prioritize and maintain pipeline while owning the sales cycle from discovery to close, in order to meet targets and goals. Skills you'll need Persuades others to shift their views and/or behaviours with the goal of reaching consensus. Works with others by being open, clear in communication and listening to achieve goals.
