National Account Manager - FMCG/Manufacturing About Us
Frosty Boy services a global market of tier one QSRs and food service customers with our branded and custom dessert, beverage, savoury and powder bases.
We also have a suite of brands and products which we sell to a large, growing distribution network across the world.
You'll be working from our global head office and manufacturing facility in Yatala - ideally situated half way between Brisbane and the Gold Coast.
With a strong focus on innovation and outstanding service, Frosty Boy is looking for a sales star to join the team.
About the role
This is an exciting role that will keep you on your toes: the primary focus for this role will be to manage and grow Frosty Boy's branded and unbranded business within Australia, with an emphasis on but not limited to, QSR, Foodservice, Pharmacy, Petrol & Convenience, Coffee Roasters, Export and Distributors.
This is a multi-facetted role that requires you to manage multiple customers with varying needs and backgrounds, at the same time.
Responsibilities
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities - from lead generation to post sales service.
Manage already established relationships with key accounts and distributors.
Forecasting and production planning to meet customer needs.
Product development lifecycle with key accounts.
Meet KPI's and fast-growing sales targets.
Deliver exceptional customer service to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Demonstrated Ability:
State / National Account Management experience dealing in the foodservice/QSR/Coffee channels.
Demonstrated ability to Solution Sell.
Experience managing both national chains along with distributor network.
Demonstrated strategic planning and implementation.
Team player - willingness to assist where required to get the job done.
Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
Ability to build rapport with all levels of stakeholders.
Ability to travel within Australia.
