Manheim also provides specialist services to the insurance industry for the remarketing of damaged items from these sectors.Manheim is a Cox Automotive Brand, the world's largest automotive service organisation, we're transforming the way people buy, sell, own and use automotive and industrial assets.The Role:In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities within Manheim's Industrial division, focusing on the Agricultural, Civil, Construction, Earthmoving, Mining or Transport industries.
You will seek out, develop and manage client relationships, aiming to achieve specific objectives and key performance indicators.
Your deep network, in-depth knowledge of your industry sector, our products and services will help increase sales and revenue.
This permanent full-time position offers a competitive salary, vehicle, and commission structure.As a Manheim BDM, you will be on the road, building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders in various market sectors.
Your primary goal will be to drive business growth and deliver exceptional service to our customers.
We are seeking candidates based in Queensland, New South Wales or Victoria.Responsibilities: Prospect and manage new business opportunities to meet targets and objectives.Embrace field support tools and contribute to ongoing market analysis to enhance sales and marketing effectiveness.Manage and grow some existing accounts, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and identifying opportunities for expansion.Prepare and deliver compelling customer proposals and tender responses.Develop and maintain monthly key account sales plans.Proactively assess customer needs and coordinate Manheim team members to meet performance objectives and customer expectations.Provide feedback to support product and service enhancements, engage in performance development tools, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.Skills & Experience: Demonstrated network, sales experience and performance across the Agricultural, Civil, Construction, Earthmoving, or Transport industries is critical.Valuation experience of used assets is an advantage.Strong relationship-building skills.Excellent communication and decision-making abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Familiarity with SAP, Salesforce, or other CRM systems is desirable.We offer a collaborative team environment where you can thrive, grow and make a meaningful impact.
