Martian Logic is a pioneering and modern SaaS-based Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
We're experiencing rapid growth and we're looking for experienced SaaS BDMs and Team Leads to meet the demand.
About The Role
This role is ideal for either a Senior SaaS Sales Executive (BDM) or a SaaS Sales Team Lead with 8+ years of sales experience and a minimum of 3 years in SaaS sales.
In this role, you will act as both a BDM and Team Lead, having your own target while also being responsible for your team's target.
About The Person
We are looking for an experienced SaaS Sales BDM / Team Lead with the ambition to prove themselves in a fast-growing SaaS company.
You need to be ultra-focused and adaptable, especially in the first year, as you will be selling, leading by example, mentoring team members, and being responsible for your team's success.

Based on years of experience, we're offering the following package for this role:
Base salary: $110k to $140k OTE (base salary + quarterly commission): $250K Uncapped commission Share Options: Share options valued at $100K Car park and Gym membership Yearly Salary Review: Your base and OTE will be reviewed every year Your Responsibilities Will Include
