This primary function of this role is to provide sales support to the sales team including procurement, processing renewals and quote preparation.

Duties and Responsibilities
Providing sales support to the sales team Maintaining maintenance and annuities Maintaining ConnectWise to track agreement and license renewals Managing internal stock levels Providing assistance with warranty claims and information Coordinating small contract and license renewals and small product sales including quoting and associated paperwork Quoting, ordering, receipting and delivery of product Assisting in the preparation of proposals, presentations, tenders and other correspondence as required Coordinating sales events, campaigns, mail outs and functions Liaising with suppliers to track order and delivery and follow up on back-order items Maintaining and monitoring all stock movement Maintaining positive relationships with suppliers Stocktaking when required Escalating any pricing or timing issues to relevant Account Manager Assisting the sales team with the maintenance of ConnectWise including developing contacts, lists and sales activity Maintain knowledge of latest and up to date technologies Other related duties as required Who are we looking for?

1 year experience working with Tech Sales in an MSP Company or 2 - 3 years relevant experience from related field Experience using ConnectWise is ideal Tech savvy Previous experience in a sales support role Broad knowledge across a large spread of IT infrastructure Previous experience in a consultative client focused role Ability to liaise with people at all levels of an organization and maintain effective relationships Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously Meticulous attention to detail Excellent problem-solving skills and initiative Energetic and enthusiastic with a positive attitude Desire to learn and grow Enjoys working in a team environment Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, organize and meet deadlines What we do
