Add expected salary to your profile for insightsBowens is looking for a reliable and experienced Part Time Customer Service Specialist (known in our team as a Customer Concierge) to join our supportive team. We have several vacancies in a number of Bowens store locations. In this role, you'll be using your experience to help our valued customers and build long-lasting relationships that help our business grow.What You'll Be DoingResolving customer issues and concerns quickly and professionally.Providing clear information about our products and services.Identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience, whether through upselling or recommending solutions.Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and making sure everything is up-to-date.Working closely with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient service for our customers.Helping us continuously improve how we serve our customers and operate our business.What We're Looking ForExperience in customer service or a similar role – experience in the building or trade industry is a plus, but not essential.Good communication skills, with the ability to connect with customers and understand their needs.A calm and problem-solving approach when handling customer issues.Familiarity with basic computer programs and the ability to use customer management systems.A passion for helping people and a desire to make a difference for our customers.A respectful and responsible attitude toward work and your colleagues.What We OfferAt Bowens, we value the experience and dedication of our team.
