Als Teil des CategoryPlanning Teams bist du verantwortlich für Segmente aus unserem Schokolade/Kekse/Frischkäse Portfoliound sorgst zusammen mit den Marketing
- & Key Account-Teams für nachhaltiges Kategoriewachstum.

**Dein Beitrag**
- Entwickle und steuere Handelsstrategien für deine Kategorien
- Analysiere Marktpotenziale & bringe Neuprodukte mit 360°-Launch-Strategien voran
- Nutze dein Wissen über Marktdynamiken & Consumer Insights, um proaktiv Wachstumsstrategien für deine Kategorie zu gestalten und zu entscheiden
- Definiere als Teil der Business Planning-Meetings die Absatzquoten, um die Jahresziele zu erreichen
- Empfehle gezielte Investitionen in Kategorie-Bausteine und verantworte die optimale Umsetzung am Point of Sale
- Beobachte den Wettbewerb, erkenne Marktchancen und decke potenzielle Risiken frühzeitig auf
- Informiere relevante Stakeholder über Trends, Innovationen oder sonstige Marktveränderungen und leite daraus klare Handlungsempfehlungen ab

**Was du mitbringst**

- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in den Bereichen CategoryPlanning, Marketing und/oder Sales, idealerweise im FMCG Umfeld
- Wachstumsorientiertes Denken, Interesse an Branchen
- Kunden
- & Shoppertrends
- Analytische Denkweise und Geschäftssinn
- Erfahrung in der Planung, Umsetzung & Erfolgsmessung von Wachstumsstrategien
- Teamplayer mit Can-Do Attitude
- Interesse an gemeinsamen Zielen in cross-funktionalen Teams zu arbeiten, sicheres Auftreten sowie Mut und Überzeugungskraft, um alternative Sichtweisen zu präsentieren

**Mehr über diese Stelle**:
**Gesetzlicher Hinweis in Österreich**: Die Gehaltseinstufung erfolgt in den “KV für Angestellte und Lehrlinge im Handel”. Bei entsprechender Erfüllung der oben Anforderungen beträgt das Brutto-Einstiegsgehalt für diese Position EUR 67.500;
- pro Jahr, aufgeteilt auf 14 Bezüge in Vollzeit. Eine Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung abhängig von Ihrer Berufserfahrung und Qualifikation besteht
