Du trägst Verantwortung für die Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Kundenplänen und unterstützt die Ausführung unserer Wachstumsstrategien und -taktiken. Du weißt, welche Geschäftsmetriken und finanziellen Anreize nötig sind, um profitables Wachstum für Mondelēz International und unsere Kunden zu ermöglichen, und arbeitest gemeinsam mit dem Key Account Team an der Umsetzung von Plänen um unsere Jahreszielvorgaben zu erreichen.

**Dein Beitrag**

Du bist für eines unserer erfolgreichen Produktsegmente verantwortlich, im Rahmen deiner Aufgaben:

- leitest du die Ausarbeitung der nationalen Segmentpläne und der Kundenpläne basierend auf einem strategischen Marketingplan
- bringst du dein Wissen zu Markt
- Shopper
- und Consumer-Dynamiken ein und gestaltestdamit maßgeblich strategische Entscheidungen im Trade Marketing
- leitest du die Business Planning-Meetings, in denen gemeinsam mit Sales und Demand Planning die Absatzquoten pro Kunde und Segment festgelegt werden
- nützt du Shopper-Insights um Marktpotenziale zu identifizieren, quantifizierst diese und sprichst Empfehlungen zu Investitionen & Aktivierungen aus
- beobachtest du die Aktivitäten von Mitbewerbern und deckst so neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten auf

- Abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Marketing / Sales
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in den Bereichen Category Planning/Sales/ Marketing/Business Development im Food/FMCG Umfeld bevorzugt
- Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch & Englisch
- Zukunfts
- & Shopperorentiertes Denken, Interesse an Branchentrends, digitalen Lösungen und Innovationen für Verbraucher
- Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Ausführung von Business-Plänen, Tracking von Ergebnissen und Ableitung von Handleungempfehlungen

**Gesetzlicher Hinweis in Österreich**:Die Gehaltseinstufung erfolgt in den “KV für Angestellte und Lehrlinge im Handel”. Bei entsprechender Erfüllung der oben Anforderungen beträgt das Brutto-Einstiegsgehalt für diese Position EUR 56.000;
- pro Jahr, aufgeteilt auf 14 Bezüge in Vollzeit. Eine Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung abhängig von Ihrer Berufserfahrung und Qualifikation besteht.
