Werde Teil unseres Customer Service Führungsteams und übernimm die Leitung und Steuerung unseres innovativen "Remote und Multi-Site Control Center Support". Das KNAPP "Remote- und Multi-Site Control-Center" (RCC/MSCC) erfüllt die übergeordnete Verwaltung, Überwachung und Steuerung von verschiedensten Serviceleistungen zu den von KNAPP gelieferten Lagerlogistik-Lösungen. 
Über eine gezielte "Live Daten-Überwachung" und "Daten-Sammlung" sowie deren professioneller Auswertung von dazu eigens geschulten "KNAPP Service Mitarbeitern" können proaktive und reaktive Maßnahmen eingeleitet werden, um die bestmögliche Stabilität und Einsatz-Verfügbarkeit der gelieferten KNAPP Anlagen zu gewährleisten.

Du startest in einem erfahrenen Service-Desk Führungskreisteam, das dich intensiv auf diese Aufgabe vorbereitet und dich auch in enger Zusammenarbeit bei der Übernahme und fortlaufenden Abteilungsleitung mit den bestehenden RCC/MSCC Mitarbeiter Team unterstützt.

  • Du planst und koordinierst alle definierten Support Aufgaben und Prozesse in deiner Abteilung und sorgst für deren reibungslose Umsetzung
  • Du hast Berufserfahrung mit standardisierten Service Prozesse, idealerweise mit Zertifizierung (z.B. ITIL) 
  • Du betreibst proaktiv die Professionalisierung und Standardisierung im Bereich Support-Prozessmanagement (von der Kennzahlendefinition bis hin zum Reporting)
  • Kommunikation und Konfliktmanagement zählen zu deinen absoluten Stärken und du hast Freude am Support von internationalen Kunden
  • Du arbeitest mit bestehendem und neuem Mitarbeiter:innen, wirst diese fachlich unterweisen und sorgst für laufende Fortbildung und Ausbau Deiner Teams.
  • Die fachliche und kommunikative Qualitätssicherung deiner Mitarbeiter:innen sowie die RCC/MSCC Service Produkt-Weiterentwicklung liegt in deinen Händen
  • Du unterstützt deine Mitarbeiter:innen bei der Einleitung von Reklamations- und Eskalations-Maßnahmen und sorgst für den notwenigen Informationsfluss zur Management Ebene
  • Du machst die generelle Überwachung der Qualität des externe und interne Berichtswesen deiner Abteilung

Das Mindestgehalt für diese Position liegt bei brutto EUR 4.550,- pro Monat (38,5 Wochenstunden / KV für Metallgewerbe) inkl. Funktionszulage.
