Your day will include assisting Directors, Project Coordinators and Supervisors with key admin, scheduling, and customer service tasks that help keep every project running smoothly. Key Responsibilities Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails Communicate with clients, insurers, and loss adjusters professionally Manage shared inboxes and distribute messages efficiently Schedule assessments and inspections for supervisors and estimators Enter job requests and update internal systems and client portals Provide milestone updates to clients and stakeholders Issue and track work orders for trades Liaise with trades and suppliers as needed Support the broader management and project coordination teams with daily duties General office support and ad‑hoc administration tasks What We’re Looking For Positive attitude and eagerness to learn Excellent communication and organisation skills Strong attention to detail and time management Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) Reliable, punctual, and professional presentation Current driver’s licence and own transport A true team player with a can‑do mindset If you’re ready to grow with a company built on trust, teamwork, and integrity , we’d love to hear from you Please submit your resume and a short cover letter via SEEK explaining why you’d be a great fit for the Greenrock team.
