You’ll work closely with a senior Project Manager and multiple stakeholders to help keep delivery moving, from scheduling and documentation through to workshops, reporting, and general program support. What You’ll Do In this role, you’ll help bring structure, clarity, and momentum to busy project teams. You’ll act as the link between moving parts, keeping plans updated, people aligned, and delivery on track. Key responsibilities include: Maintain project schedules, RAID logs, action registers, and core documentation Prepare polished status reports, steering pack inputs, and project communications Coordinate workshops, stand‑ups, meetings, and cross‑team activities Track milestones, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure alignment and visibility Support change, communications, and general stakeholder engagement Maintain governance artefacts and ensure all project documentation remains accurate Provide proactive day‑to‑day support to keep delivery running smoothly What You’ll Bring You’ll be someone who enjoys working in environments with movement, pace, and variety.
