Role Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a primary focus on cold calling to drive lead generation and secure partnerships for events. This role requires exceptional communication skills, relentless energy, and a results-oriented mindset to achieve daily outreach targets and monthly revenue goals. Key Responsibilities Primary responsibility is making minimum 80 outbound calls daily Booking a minimum of 5 meetings per day Use email and LinkedIn outreach as supplementary tools to connect with prospects and schedule meetings Confidently pitch Factor's value proposition over the phone to senior decision-makers Lead Generation Research and identify prospective clients through various tools and platforms Qualify leads effectively to ensure they align with partnership and event objectives Update and maintain accurate lead and contact information in the CRM system Drive a monthly revenue target of AUD 100,000 by converting leads into opportunities Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent deal flow Schedule introductory calls, product demos, and partnership discussions Event Partnerships Collaborate with the events team to support the acquisition of sponsors, exhibitors, and strategic partners Assist in tailoring partnership packages to meet client needs and ensure deliverables are met Create compelling proposals and follow-up materials to close deals Work closely with the sales and events teams to ensure smooth handoffs and consistent communication Key Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in sales development or cold calling, with a demonstrated ability to meet outreach targets Excellent verbal communication skills with a confident and professional phone presence Strong organisational and time management skills Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and a proactive approach to lead tracking Results-oriented with a strong drive to exceed quotas and revenue goals Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of the event or marketing industry is a plus but not essential What We Offer Monthly mental health days off to support well-being The opportunity to work on high-profile events and build industry connections A fast-paced, collaborative environment with clear growth pathways Competitive salary and commission structure rewarding high performance Who You Are You are a tenacious individual with a passion for cold calling and building relationships.
