The territory covers Southern NSW and ACT regions, with the office based in Kingston ACT. Drive growth across residential builders and commercial markets with iconic brands like Caroma, Methven, and Clark. About the Role We’re seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to accelerate growth in the ACT and Southern NSW region. You’ll build strong relationships and drive product adoption across residential builders and commercial markets. Key responsibilities will include : Identify and develop new business opportunities across residential and commercial construction markets. Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, developers, plumbers, and key decision-makers. Drive sales growth by achieving budgeted revenue and margin targets within your territory. Lead product introductions and presentations to showcase innovation and value to clients. Analyse market trends and sales data to create actionable strategies for growth. Collaborate with internal teams to align commercial strategies with customer needs. Represent GWA at industry events, site visits, and networking functions to enhance brand presence. About You Background in the building industry (plumbing or merchant experience advantageous). Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word essential); experience with CRM systems. Ability to analyse data and translate insights into strategies.
