Job Description Main Responsibilities Conduct market research to identify potential markets and leads; reach out to potential clients via cold calling, email, and LinkedIn. Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers through regular contact, presentations, and visits. Prepare commercial offers and manage contracts to meet sales targets. Represent Trucell and Ripple Networks at exhibitions and meetings abroad, showcasing products and solutions. Collaborate with technical support and product specialists to meet customer needs. About You You take pride in providing excellent customer service and support your team. You possess strong communication skills and stakeholder management abilities. You are innovative, creative, and critical in your approach to solutions. You are committed, reliable, and follow through on responsibilities. You are resilient, self-motivated, and proactive. You are eager to learn, adaptable, and knowledgeable. You enjoy working in a small, collaborative, and supportive team environment. Qualifications Experience, Skills, and Personal Qualities At least 2 years of experience working towards sales targets and KPIs (preferred). Proven success in B2B sales for 2+ years. Experience in selling telephone systems, NBN internet, printers, servers, desktops, and managed services. Organized, results-oriented, and challenge-driven. Aspiring to generate strong earnings by expanding local B2B opportunities. Experience with CRM tools to manage sales processes and forecasts. Confidence in video conferencing and client visits.
