The Opportunity We are looking for a capable and proactive Project Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth and successful execution of projects across various sectors. Working closely with our Projects Team, clients, and installation crews, you’ll play a hands‑on role in planning, coordination, and execution, helping to deliver exceptional results on time and to standard. Key Responsibilities Client Engagement & Coordination Serve as the key liaison between clients and the business—handling project scheduling, delivery planning, and site establishment with clear and consistent communication. Project Management Support Coordinate project workflows including documentation, procurement, take‑offs, ITPs, and RFIs. Ensure resources and materials are prepared and aligned with project timelines. Site Readiness & Audits Conduct site audits and planning visits, confirm as‑built documentation, and work with clients to align expectations, schedules, and access requirements. Team Oversight Supervise installation teams and subcontractors, manage daily schedules, monitor safety and compliance, and support ongoing training and team development. Problem‑Solving & Escalation Act as a first point of contact for issue resolution, identifying potential bottlenecks early and working collaboratively to resolve them. Contract Administration Handle documentation processes such as Aconex management, variations, EOTs, NODs, and ensure contractual obligations are accurately managed. Compliance & Technical Mastery Provide expert guidance on Australian Standards and site compliance - training provided. Estimating & Documentation Support variation pricing and estimating, ensuring job files, drawings, and registers are accurately documented throughout the project lifecycle. What You Bring Proven experience in project coordination, ideally within the construction, civil, rail or commercial sectors. Strong ability to manage client relationships, documentation, and site-based coordination with a clear understanding of commercial project workflows. Demonstrated track record of working within compliance frameworks, particularly ensuring adherence to relevant Australian Standards. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage teams, resolve issues proactively, and maintain project momentum. Experience using project and document management platforms such as Aconex, AutoCAD, and ERP tools (e.g., SAP/Oracle). Construction White Card (required). Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Civil/Structural Engineering, or equivalent practical experience in a similar role (highly desirable). Why Join Us?
