About the Role We’re looking for a commercially astute and results-driven National Account Manager to lead Vida Glow’s retail strategy across Australia and New Zealand. This is a high-impact role with full commercial ownership responsible for driving growth, profitability, and partnership excellence across our top-tier retail accounts. You’ll lead the development and execution of joint business plans, build strong relationships with key buyers and partners, and translate Vida Glow’s brand ambition into tangible sales, margin, and distribution outcomes. Working cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Digital, Finance and Supply Chain, you’ll bring strategic insight, commercial discipline, and executional excellence to every touchpoint both in-store and online. Key Responsibilities Lead and deliver Joint Business Plans (JBP) across AUS & NZ to drive sales, margin, distribution, and promotional performance. Build and manage strong commercial relationships with key retail partners (national & state buyers, category managers, ecommerce teams). Lead negotiation of annual terms, trade spend, co-investment, and contractual obligations. Partner cross-functionally to ensure flawless execution across promotions, activations, and product launches in both brick-and-mortar and omnichannel environments. Manage and track trade spend (TPE) effectively, evaluate ROI, and continuously optimise promotional performance. Collaborate with Marketing to deliver compelling in-store and online activations from shelf signage and feature bays to digital content and retailer media. Monitor and optimise the digital shelf: content accuracy, visibility, conversion, and online share of voice. Deliver accurate forecasting, reporting and performance analysis including sales, margins, ROI, and inventory health. Conduct quarterly business reviews with partners to assess performance, identify opportunities, and refine strategy. About You You’re commercially sharp, relationship-driven, and thrive on accountability. You understand what makes retailers tick and how to deliver mutual growth. You balance strategic vision with hands‑on execution and love building strong partnerships. Ideally, you bring: 3–5 years’ experience in national or key account management, ideally within FMCG, beauty, vitamins/nutraceuticals, or pharmacy retail. Proven track record of exceeding sales budgets, driving growth, and negotiating complex terms. Strong commercial acumen and analytical capability, comfortable with forecasting, budgeting, and margin management. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders internally and externally. Experience working cross-functionally to align brand, supply chain, finance, and marketing objectives. Understanding of the health & beauty retail landscape in AUS & NZ, including shopper behaviour, omnichannel trends to bring commercial plans to life in-store and online. Resilient, organised, and driven by results. Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, or Marketing preferred.
