With ongoing training mentorship and dedicated support well ensure youre equipped to thrive in a leadership role. Youll work across split shifts Monday to Friday : 7 : 00-9 : 30am (Rise then Shine) 2 : 30-6 : 00pm (Stay and Play) About the role As an OSHC Coordinator youll be leading a team of passionate Educators and overseeing an engaging before- and after-school program for children aged 5-12 years. This role is all about leadership : Youll create and lead a dynamic child-centered program filled with exciting activities like STEM sports cooking arts and craftsall designed to inspire and engage. Youll take full ownership of your teams roster manage day-to-day operations ensure compliance and handle admin tasksall while fostering an environment of teamwork and growth. With mentorship from regional managers and support from a dedicated office team youll have everything you need to develop your leadership skills and make a real impact. Qualifications If you have a passion for supporting children wed love to hear from you Heres what were looking for : A natural leader who enjoys guiding a team and helping others grow. Strong communication skills youll be leading by example A team player who inspires others and encourages growth. You have (or are willing to obtain) a National Police Check and Working with Children Check. Australian work rights. A relevant qualification (or working towards it) as per ACECQA.
