**Was Du Mitbringst**:
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Hotel Revenue
- Affinität zur Hotellerie und/oder Tourismusbranche
- Einschlägige Erfahrungen in der Hotel Systemwelt (PMS, Channel Manager, Yieldmanager)
- Zahlen & Statistiken findest du spannend zu analysieren und zu erarbeiten
- Gute Kenntnisse mit Excel
- Fließende Deutsch
- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft sowie gutes Zeitmanagement
- Selbstständige Arbeitsweise und großes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Du strebst danach dich selbst weiterzuentwickeln
**Deine Aufgaben**:
- Preisanalyse: Überwachung und Anpassung von Zimmerpreisen basierend auf Marktanalysen, mit Unterstützung unserer Yield-Management-Tools.
- Verfügbarkeitsmanagement: Optimierung der Zimmerverfügbarkeit und -zuweisung.
- Marktforschung: Analyse von Konkurrenzangeboten und Erkennung von Markttrends.
- Forecasting: Erstellung von Umsatzprognosen und -modellen.
- Distribution: Verwaltung von Vertriebskanälen (z. B. OTAs, direkte Buchungen).
- Strategieentwicklung: Implementierung von Preis
- und Verkaufsstrategien.
- Berichtswesen: Erstellung, Mitgestaltung und Optimierung regelmäßiger Reports und Analysen für die Geschäftsführung.
- Zusammenarbeit: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen im Head Office und den Hotel Leadern (z. B. Marketing, Sales, Front Office).
- Budgetierung: Unterstützung bei der Erstellung der Jahresbudget
