**About your position**

We are proud to organize the best logistics and transport deals for our customers, flexibility tailored to their needs and wishes, all while offering a seamless IT integration.
Our Customer Care team is growing We are looking for a motivated, positive employee to support us 40 hours per week in Customer Care in one of our locations (Vienna, Enzersdorf an der Fischa and/or Müllendorf) in Austria.

YOUR TASKS*
- Customer service and client support
- Independent review of customer inquiries in the customer lifecycle from onboarding
- Knowledge of operations and fulfillment
- Daily communication and cooperation with warehouse staff
- Troubleshooting problems in a timely manner with a positive demeanor
- Organization of daily challenges

**REQUIRED SKILLS**
- Work experience in a similar position (Customer Service or Client Relations) dealing directly with customers
- Great emphasis on customer satisfaction and attention to detail
- Exceptional communication and writing skills in Germany
- Hands-on mentality and solution oriented
- Experience in logistics or freight forwarding is an advantage
- Open, flexible, fun-spirited, and resilient
- Stress resistant and ability to prioritize

For this position we offer a collective agreement minimum gross salary starting from **EUR 2.252,00** / month.
