In dieser Rolle sind Sie für die Zufriedenheit, die Bindung und das Wachstum unserer Kunden verantwortlich. Sie überzeugen durch ein gutes Gespür für die Ziele und Wünsche unserer Kunden und es fällt Ihnen leicht, sie bei der Umsetzung mittels unserer Software zu unterstützen.

**IHRE AUFGABEN**:

- Laufende Betreuung von Bestandskunden und Aufbau einer langfristigen und nachhaltigen Kundenbeziehung
- Proaktives Aufzeigen von Möglichkeiten, wie durch Automatisierung und Integration der Emarsys Plattform der Arbeitsaufwand in Marketingabläufen reduziert werden kann
- Information und Beratung des eigenen Kundenportfolios zu unseren Produktentwicklungen
- Cross
- und Upselling zu möglichen Produkterweiterungen sowie Vertragserneuerungen
- Sicherstellung einer hohen Kundenzufriedenheit sowie Durchführung von regelmäßigen Kundenzufriedenheitsumfragen
- Sammlung von Empfehlungen, Case Studies und Referenzen für Emarsys, um darauf aufbauend neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten zu generieren
- Sicherstellung von raschen Lösungsszenarien bei Kundenanfragen
- Schnittstelle zu Second/Third Level Support und anderen Emarsys Abteilungen (wie z.B. Strategic Services)
- Pflege des CRM Tools (Salesforce) und anderen Informationssystemen, um entsprechende Prognosen und Reportings erstellen zu können

**IHR PROFIL**:

- Hochschulabschluss, bevorzugter Weise mit wirtschaftlichem Schwerpunkt
- 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Kundenberatung, insbesondere im Bereich Account Management und/oder Sales
- Hohe Kundenorientierung sowie professionelles Auftreten mit Kommunikations
- und Verhandlungsgeschick
- Erfahrung im Verkauf an Bestandskunden sowie kommerzielle Stärke
- Dynamische und teamorientierte Persönlichkeit
- Sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse sowie verhandlungssicheres Englisch setzen wir voraus
- Reisebereitschaft (ca. 20%)

**ZUSÄTZLICH ERWÜNSCHTE KENNTNISSE**:

- Große Leidenschaft für die technische und digitale Welt, Vorerfahrung in Digital Marketing von Vorteil
- Kenntnisse über E-Commerce Lösungen und Web Analytics erwünscht
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Salesforce und CRM Systemen sowie Kenntnisse in HTML und CMS Systemen von Vorteil
