**As a Country Manager, you will be responsible for**:
- Define and implement a long-term strategy for Coral Club in the Germany market
- Drive sales strategy, build long-term, collaborative partnerships with distributors: identification and analysis of needs, sales development, creation of conditions for trade turnover (product presentation, marketing campaigns)
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing and sales) to plan, develop, and implement effective marketing campaigns and initiatives (offline and online) together with our partners
- Team management: selection, adaptation, development, and management local team of employees
- Organization of regional events
- Preparation of documents in accordance with local rules, regulations, legislation, including product certification
- Control of financial issues and maintenance of financial documentation of the representative office
**We're looking for someone with**:
- More than 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- A good administrator, ready to work in multitasking mode
- Ability to make key decisions and solve problems, service-oriented person
- Knowledge and understanding of MLM sales (will be an advantage)
- German - fluent, English/Russian - conversational
