Aufgaben
Sprachrohr und Organisator/in
Administrative und organisatorische Gesamtbetreuung des Bereiches Kundenservice
Schriftführer/in
Übernahme der Bestellungen, Reklamationen, Kundenbetreuung und Pflege der dazugehörigen Stammdatenbanken, Erstellung und Verwaltung von Rechnungen, Gutschriften und Bestell
- wie auch Versand - Dokumenten
Kontrollorgan und Versandskollege/in
Kontrolle und Organisation der Warenein
- und Warenausgänge, Unterstützung des Bereiches Logistik bei der Disposition und Koordination von Aufträgen
Qualifikation
Kernkompetenz
Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung - als Bürokauffrau /Bürokaufmann von Vorteil, Berufserfahrung im Bereich Customer Service - erste Berührungspunkte mit ERP Systemen - vorzugsweise OracleJDE
IT und Sprache
Sichere MS Office und einwandfreie Deutsch
- wie auch sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Persönlichkeit und Talente
Organisationstalent, offen für moderne Führungsstile, Ideenreichtum und eine kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise
