Job Overview

Dynatrace is seeking a skilled Senior Technical Account Manager to join our team. As a Technical Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our largest enterprise customers, providing technical guidance, and support to ensure their success with our products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical guidance and support to customers to ensure successful adoption and usage of Dynatrace products.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their technical objectives and provide strategic recommendations to achieve their goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to customers to enhance their knowledge and skills.
  • Act as a customer advocate, providing insights and advice to internal stakeholders to improve customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in a technical account management or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Dynatrace products and services, as well as experience with cloud, SaaS, and DevOps technologies.
