Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Technical Account Manager to join our team in Austria. As a Technical Account Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our large enterprise customers, providing expert guidance and support to ensure their success with our platform.
Your Responsibilities:
- Triage, diagnose, and resolve complex configuration issues with Dynatrace solutions and non-Dynatrace integrations
- Strategize on the overall technical objectives and long-term goals of the team
- Provide advice and guidance as a subject matter expert to ensure successful ongoing usage and adoption of the product
- Advocate for customers' needs and goals, suggesting process improvements and additional features to meet their requirements
- Deliver web-based training to user groups to support organizational adoption
- Participate in discovery and education activities to identify opportunities for Dynatrace usage across organizational functions and processes
- Maintain current functional and technical knowledge of Dynatrace products and services
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience
- 4+ years of experience working with large enterprise customers, including executive leadership
- Demonstrated ability in leadership, mentorship, and organizational behavior
- A track record of going above and beyond for your team and customers
- Exceptional English written and verbal communication skills, with Dutch highly valued
- Professional Level Dynatrace certification (or willingness to obtain within six months)
- Strong technical understanding and experience in SaaS industry
