Established for nearly 20 years, this waste management specialist has experienced sustained and rapid growth in recent years.Operating across all commercial sectors, they provide a range of waste disposal and recycling services.They provide the best solutions and pricing to meet exact customer needs.They were previously a finalist for the Telstra Business Award - Promoting Sustainability, and this year have been shortlisted for Promoting Sustainability and Outstanding Growth.Fully ISO accredited - ISO 9001 Quality, ISO 14001 Environmental, ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety.About the Role Overseeing the operations of the Victorian sales team, you will proactively mentor the commercial team to identify waste management opportunities and develop relationships.You will provide leadership and direction to the team including setting goals, monitoring performance and providing support.You will develop and implement business plans to achieve revenue, profitability and growth targets for the state.You will have strong IT capabilities in order to utilise the bespoke CRM system to its full potential for pipeline management and developing reports.You will collaborate with the wider leadership team to share and contribute to the company strategy.About You Significant experience in branch management, regional management or state management.Proven track record in the waste industry.Strong commercial acumen and the ability to develop and execute strategic business plans.Proven track record of leading a high performing team.Strong networks and connections within the waste industry.On offer is a competitive package and growth opportunities.
